Instagram has quietly revealed a new layout for their web version, and it’s much cleaner, with bigger images, leaving the actual posts doing all the talking.
Another welcome addition to the new layout is the ability to see all comments on a post. Previously, you needed to use an external site like websta.me to see all comments on popular images.
You can also now view all photos in a hashtag more easily outside of the app – check out the #bbloggers as an example.
What we’d love to see next is easier switching between Instagram accounts (think how Twitter apps allow you to have multiple accounts) – those of you who have more than one account will feel our pain on that!
It is cleaner, but I miss the old header with our pictures in it. I guess I’ll just have to get used to the new layout : I didn’t really like it.
