What is your blog about?
My blog is a beauty blog with posts relating to make-up, hair and skincare. I post reviews about products I have tried, as I think it’s always good to be able to have someones opinion on something before you go and buy it.

This was a new year blog for me starting in January 2015
What made you do it?
I am obsessed with make-up and skincare! My makeup box is bursting full with so many products I thought I could have some real fun posting about it online. I think it’s a great idea to share tips and ideas with others too.
What was your first blog post about?
My first post was a review on my new favourite foundation: VICHY Dermablend.
What do you think is the most useful tool to you as a blogger?
I signed up to Zappy Host and it has been amazing and it was so easy to set up the blog. It’s not free but its not a bank breaker either and I got a free credit voucher to use for Facebook Advertising,
Do people in your real life know about your blog? If yes, has your blog helped you career wise?
Not as yet. I considered keeping it secret because I wasn’t sure if people would really get it but I thought friends and family could actually help me get the word out there for me. They have been sharing on Facebook and re-tweeting me.
What has been the one thing (blog post, project, etc) that you have been really proud of?
I’m actually really proud of my blog as a whole. I spent some time looking at other blogs to get ideas of content and layout and it really helped me make it into a real professional looking blog.
Where do you see your blog in a year?
I would love to be up there in the top lists of the best blogs and have a big community of regular readers.

How do you keep motivated to post?
My blog topic is something I’m really interested in. I’m always on the internet looking up hair and beauty products and I literally buy a new item of make-up near enough every day, so this helps give me ideas on what I want to post about!
