The 2014 Comments Challenge!

Earlier this month, we spoke about rebuilding the blogging communities and one of the things that many people related to was the drop in comments.

Everyone loves getting comments, right? But if you’re like us, it’s difficult sometimes to leave comments on every post you read and you end up leaving none at all (boo!)

So, we’re setting you a challenge (that we’re going to do ourselves!) In June, we dare you to leave at least 5 comments on other blogs each day (or 35 comments a week if you don’t catch up with blogs daily). It shouldn’t take you too much extra time in your normal reading time, but leaving five little notes on those blogs will make someone smile, and isn’t that an awesome thing to do?

Maybe you already leave loads of comments on your favourite blogs (High five!) Well, we’d like to challenge you as well. Can you leave at least one comment a day on a brand new-to-you blog? If you’re a blogger, it’s so exciting when someone you don’t know leaves a really lovely comment – and who knows, maybe you’ll end up finding a new favourite blog, or even a new friend!
