Sarah here again! First of all, I’d love to apologise for how ridiculously late this Saturday Summary post (er, it’s Sunday, oops) – I promised Hayley I’d cover it this week and then ran out of time yesterday, sorry Hayles!
I have, at least, chosen some awesome blogs for you all to check out, so I hope that helps to ease the pain a little..
First up, Leni has started an awesome new Tumblr called 52 Words A Year – you can read her post about it here on her other blog – along with two of her illustrator friends. They’re picking a word each week to illustrate in a bid to get them creating more. Love it!
Sarah got some free fudge this week and really, really liked it. (Disclosure: I also had a sample of this fudge and it was delicious. More please).
Trisha knocked up these rose flavoured, hot pink macarons (with some added gold pop rox, amazing!) and now I want to break out my piping bag and have another go at macarons. Thanks Trisha!
Over at Little Green Notebook, Jenny has found an amazing library ladder for a bargain price and I am supremely jealous. Can you believe how much these things usually go for?! (Spoiler: it’s a lot). I am crushing hard on her yellow chairs too, obviously.
Amy is back on Eat / Drink / Make / Do with a cocktail recipe for a Unicorn Sour. I don’t even care what’s in it, just make me seven please.
I’ve been reading Twinkie Chan’s blog forever, she was one of the first bloggers I ever started following, and I love the post she put up this week – her outfit for going to watch The Budapest Hotel, along with some cheesy (in a brilliant way) shots of her superimposed on the set. Such a cutie.
& last but not least, Amber Marlow took her annual birthday photo and it was good. Hey hot stuff! Go and wish her a (belated) happy birthday.
